Latest latest labor laws in the US today The 2019 Labor Code: Effective from January 1, 2021
The Labor Code 2019, which came into effect on January 1, 2021, sets out the labor standards, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of employees, employers, organizations representing employees at the grassroots level, and organizations representing employers. It also regulates labor relations and other matters directly related to labor relations, along with state management of labor.
